CHRISTMAS BLEND (whole bean or ground) 12 oz: These delicious beans are directly sourced from the farms of Joy, Bueh & Bupeh, 3 of our women farmers. This medium roast is well balanced and smooth with hints of vanilla and almond.
P-REX Coffee Co. is honored to offer this year’s Christmas Blend and share the story of our coffee farmer, BU-EH .
Bu-eh is a widow and single mom in the Abone Village on the mountain of Doi Mon Lan in Northern Thailand. Following the tragic loss of her husband, she remained in this tiny village with her two sons and continued to farm coffee for a living. During a recent coffee harvest, Bu-eh lost three fingers during processing. Bu-eh is very inspiring to our family! Through her loss and difficulty of life, she has remained a faithful follower of Jesus. She continues to farm , raise her children, and serve in the local church.
The staff of Seed of Hope has remained by her side through so much difficulty and has offered support and help. We were privileged to be a part of purchasing coffee from Bu-eh with Ryan & Rebecca Stowell and Seed of Hope Coffee Co. in January 2023.
