These delicious beans are directly sourced from the farms of Ahsong, Sukrit, & Nittaya! Ahsong and Nittaya are 2 of our women farmers. Sukrit has 2 children that live at the Seed of Hope Dorm.
These beans have a balance of white-grape acidity, medium body, natural sweetness with notes of caramel and milk chocolate.
They are grown on the mountains of Doi Mon Lan in the Chiang Mai Province of Northern Thailand (elev. 3608-4921 above sea level).
