Our AKHA SOLO features premium beans from ONE AKHA HILL TRIBE FARMER! You will truly enjoy the delicious flavor profile of each of our farmers featured in the light and medium roasts.
LIGHT ROAST: Directly sourced from Lawze & Joy's farm in the Abone Village. They have 2 children (Joseph & Esther) that live at Seed of Hope dorm. There is a direct and personal relationship with their family.
*These beans have a grape-like acidity, medium body with notes of dark chocolate and molasses.
MEDIUM ROAST: Directly sourced from Natthapong's farm in Abone Village. Natthapong is an amazing farmer and an extremely hard worker! He is quick to help other farmers and takes care of his mom. She also helps with the coffee farm. It has been a privilege to get to know him.
*These beans have a balance of dark berries, natural sweetness and dark chocolate with a medium body.
Grown on the mountains of Doi Mon Lan in the Chiang Mai Province of Northern Thailand (elev. 3,608-4,921 feet above sea level).
