While our coffee is not certified organic, it is grown without pesticides or herbicides, using natural fertilizer, air drying, and low-water washing. We describe it as “Naturally Grown,” which does not constitute any formal designation, but describes the sustainable practices it's cultivated with. The "organic" certification is cost prohibitive for our farmers as their resources are used to provide better lives for their families and education for their children.
