From seed to cup, P-REX Coffee is proud to be part of every step of the process. 

Our single-origin Arabica coffee is grown in the mountains of Northern Thailand, carefully hand-picked by Hill Tribe farmers we personally know, and purchased through direct trade at above fair-market prices. We work alongside our farmers during harvest, import our coffee directly, and personally roast each batch with care—bringing together quality coffee, personal relationships, and a purpose that goes far beyond the cup.

100% single origin, shade grown Arabica coffee sourced from the beautiful mountains of Doi Mon Lan in the Chiang Mai Province of Northern Thailand (elev. 3608-4921 above sea level).

The practice of selective harvesting ensures only the ripest coffee cherries are chosen, protecting the integrity of the flavor from farm to cup. We spend time in Thailand each year during coffee harvest working alongside our farmers.

Direct Trade

We count it a privilege to not only know where our coffee comes from, but to work side by side with the very farmers who grow it. Through our partnership with Seed of Hope Coffee in Thailand, we are able to purchase coffee directly from our farmers at above fair-market prices while continuing to support their families and communities.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, P-REX Coffee has the opportunity to do more than purchase and roast coffee. Through direct trade, charitable contributions, and partnerships, we are able to directly invest in coffee farming families, help create employment opportunities, and fund projects that benefit the communities we work alongside in Northern Thailand.

Through our Crafted in Thailand collection, we also support Hill Tribe women by purchasing their handmade and artisan goods, providing opportunities for them to earn income through their traditional skills and craftsmanship.
